Questions people actually ask
- What counts as a unit?
- One rentable space. A triplex is three units. A house rented as a whole is one.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Your account goes read-only rather than being deleted, so you can still open and export everything. Nobody should lose a lease because a card expired.
- Do you collect rent?
- No. Tenuri records what was charged and what arrived. Rent keeps reaching you exactly the way it does now.
- Is my tenants' information safe?
- Each account is isolated at the database level and documents are only ever served to someone signed in to that account. This is early software though, so keep your own copies of anything you are legally required to retain.
